Technical Expert - Microsoft Power Platform

About the role

Intetics Inc., a technology company offering custom software development, team distribution, quality assessment and digital solutions, is looking for a Technical Expert in Microsoft Power Platform. The role supports the recruitment process by conducting technical interviews and assessing candidates' expertise for Middle/Senior Power Platform Specialist positions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct technical interviews with candidates for Middle/Senior Power Platform Specialist positions
• Assess practical knowledge and hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate and SharePoint Lists
• Evaluate understanding of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, integrations, security and Power Platform governance
• Ask technical questions and assess problem-solving approaches in real-world scenarios
• Evaluate the ability to analyse business requirements and turn them into technical solutions
• Give structured, objective feedback on technical skills, experience and suitability
• Work with the recruitment team to align interview criteria with project needs and help refine questions and guidelines

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, especially Power Apps and Power Automate
• Strong practical knowledge of SharePoint Lists in business applications
• Ability to assess technical knowledge, spot skill gaps and tell theory from practice
• Clear communication and the ability to explain technical concepts
• Ability to give clear, structured, objective feedback in English
• Plus: previous experience interviewing or mentoring developers, Power BI experience, and work in distributed or international teams
