Talent Acquisition Specialist (Mid‑Senior) – Remote iGaming

About the role

Talent Acquisition Specialist (Mid‑Senior) for an iGaming company. The role is fully remote and focuses on end‑to‑end recruitment for mid‑level and executive positions across Europe, Armenia and Brazil.

Key responsibilities

• Own full‑cycle recruitment from intake to offer and pre‑boarding hand‑off for a portfolio of ~5 vacancies at a time.
• Conduct cross‑border hiring, collaborating with hiring managers in multiple countries and time zones.
• Partner with hiring managers to shape hiring strategy, calibrate expectations and improve job descriptions.
• Source candidates for a mix of roles (≈20 % IT, 80 % non‑IT) including Marketing, Risk, Operations, HR, Payments, Customer Support and VIP.
• Contribute to employer‑branding projects and other talent‑acquisition initiatives beyond sourcing.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of full‑cycle recruitment experience, preferably with exposure to mid‑level or executive search.
• At least 2 years of experience in the iGaming sector and understanding of its specific hiring needs.
• Fluent English (B2‑C1) with native‑level Ukrainian or Russian.
• Comfortable working across multiple countries and time zones and able to maintain a professional, humorous approach.
• Strong stakeholder management skills – able to push back on unrealistic job specs while maintaining partnership.
