Software Engineer – Azure Automation & Digital Workplace

About the role

Stefanini Group is seeking a skilled Software Engineer to design and deliver Azure Automation solutions that drive digital workplace transformation. You will work on integrating Azure, ServiceNow, AI, and Microsoft 365 to enhance operational efficiency, governance, and user experience.

Key responsibilities

• Define product vision and roadmap for Azure Automation solutions.
• Research market opportunities and translate customer needs into features.
• Design and implement automation frameworks using PowerShell, ServiceNow integrations, and Microsoft 365 APIs.
• Configure Azure resources and automation components.
• Create technical diagrams, workflows, and backend processes.
• Maintain product backlog, write user stories, and support UAT.
• Collaborate with sales, business leaders, customers, and internal teams.
• Mentor junior team members and ensure quality standards.
• Track KPIs, analyze feedback, and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of software development experience focused on automation.
• At least 2 years hands‑on with Azure Automation services.
• Minimum 3 years of PowerShell scripting experience.
• Experience with ServiceNow integration (2+ years).
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams) – 1+ year.
• 2+ years with Power BI and Power Platform for reporting.
• Strong communication skills in English.
