Senior Site Reliability Engineer

About the role

This part‑time remote position focuses on designing, implementing and maintaining highly reliable and scalable infrastructure for MoldStud’s software platforms and services.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor production systems and diagnose performance and availability issues.
• Automate operational tasks and improve deployment pipelines.
• Collaborate with development and system administration teams on observability, incident management and capacity planning.
• Document standards, contribute to architectural decisions and mentor team members on reliability practices.

Required profile

• Strong SRE experience with reliability frameworks, observability and incident response.
• Solid software development skills in at least one modern language (e.g., Python, Go, Java).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• Previous senior or lead reliability/DevOps role in a software development organization is highly beneficial.

Required skills

• Linux/Unix system administration and performance tuning.
• Cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or GCP.
• Containerization with Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes.
• Infrastructure‑as‑code tools.
• CI/CD pipelines, monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).
• Security best practices for production systems.
