Senior ML Engineer (LLMs, AWS)

About the role

Provectus is looking for a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to help build cutting‑edge AI solutions that make a positive societal impact. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to design, develop, and maintain large‑language‑model (LLM) based systems on AWS.

Key responsibilities

• Create and improve ML models from scratch, focusing on LLMs, retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG) and agentic architectures.
• Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and product managers to ship production‑ready models.
• Design and maintain reproducible experimentation pipelines and monitoring frameworks.
• Document models, processes, and pipelines clearly for internal and external stakeholders.
• Stay current with AI research and propose innovative solutions.

Required profile

• Strong grasp of standard ML algorithms and underlying mathematics.
• Hands‑on experience deploying LLMs in production, including RAG and agentic systems.
• Practical experience solving classification and regression problems and performing feature engineering.
• Solid software engineering habits: well‑structured modules, version control, and containerisation.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
