Senior Clinical Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Clinical Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full‑cycle recruiting for BCBA‑credentialed positions across our organization. You will partner closely with clinical leadership to attract top behavior‑analytic talent and ensure a seamless hiring experience.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end recruitment for BCBAs, Clinical Directors, Assessment Specialists, Clinical Quality roles and other BCBA‑level positions.
• Serve as the subject‑matter expert on behavior‑analytic talent, staying current on licensure requirements, compensation benchmarks and market trends.
• Source both passive and active candidates through targeted outreach, professional associations and networking.
• Manage a high‑touch caseload of clinical searches from intake through signed offer.
• Provide informal coaching and best‑practice guidance to fellow recruiters sourcing BCBA talent.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition Manager to define hiring needs and interview processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a senior recruiter, preferably in healthcare or clinical settings.
• Deep knowledge of BCBA credentials, licensure requirements and the behavior‑analysis field.
• Strong ability to build relationships with clinical leaders and hiring managers.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with a focus on candidate experience.
