Senior AWS DevOps Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior AWS DevOps Engineer to design, build, and maintain the tooling and infrastructure that enables fast, reliable software delivery for our diverse client portfolio. You will work with modern cloud technologies, automation frameworks, and AI‑assisted development tools to improve quality and operational insight.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and support CI/CD pipelines, release automation, and GitOps workflows.
• Ensure availability, reliability, and scalability of application infrastructure on AWS.
• Build and maintain infrastructure as code using Terraform and Helm.
• Implement and manage Kubernetes clusters (preferably EKS) and container orchestration.
• Collect, monitor, and analyze metrics with Prometheus, Grafana, AppDynamics, and OpenSearch.
• Apply security best practices, including OWASP guidelines, encryption, and secrets management.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience with DevOps practices and continuous delivery.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and ownership mindset.
• Upper‑intermediate to advanced English (B2/C1).
• Legal right to work in an EU country.

Required skills

• AWS services, networking, and infrastructure.
• Kubernetes/EKS and container orchestration.
• Python programming.
• GitOps tools, especially ArgoCD.
• Terraform and Helm.
• Bash and PowerShell scripting.
• CI/CD platforms such as GitLab CI/CD or GitHub Actions.
• Monitoring and observability tools: Prometheus, Grafana, AppDynamics, OpenSearch.
• Security awareness: OWASP, encryption, secrets management.
• Experience with AI‑powered assistants (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor) for productivity.
