Sales Operations Manager

About the role

Ajax Systems, Europe’s largest security‑system manufacturer, is looking for a Sales Operations Manager to act as the main point of contact for customers, support the Business Development team and ensure smooth order and contract administration across multiple markets.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for customers with sales‑related inquiries and deliver high‑level service.
• Support the Business Development function by handling administrative and technical tasks.
• Manage contract registration, forwarding, and provide relevant information to stakeholders.
• Oversee order history, customer service, and shipping coordination with logistics and production.
• Maintain accurate documentation in ERP systems and Excel/Google Sheets.

Required profile

• Experience interacting with customers and handling sales documentation.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (1C, SAP, or Comarch) is advantageous.
• Proficient user of Excel or Google Sheets.
• Strong knowledge of Ukrainian and Italian languages.
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in economics, logistics or administration.
