Sales Manager

About the role

The Sales Manager will lead Gen’s sales team in Chișinău, driving outreach, lead qualification and closing new business opportunities for our clients. You will set targets, monitor performance and collaborate closely with operations and client‑success teams to ensure sales activities align with client goals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a sales team responsible for multi‑channel outreach and lead qualification.
• Set sales targets, track performance metrics and produce regular sales reports and revenue forecasts.
• Optimize outreach strategies, sales processes and workflow organization.
• Collaborate with operations and client‑success teams to align sales efforts with service delivery standards.
• Maintain high‑quality communication with internal stakeholders and client representatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales leadership, managing a team and driving revenue growth.
• Strong business development and lead‑generation capabilities across multiple channels.
• Ability to analyse sales data, build reports and use metrics for decision‑making.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Experience in process optimisation and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Comfort working in a fast‑paced environment serving founders, solopreneurs and SMBs.
• Previous experience in B2B services, SaaS or operations‑focused businesses is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Fluent English; additional language skills are a plus.
