Regional Student Recruitment & Partnerships Manager (Medical)

About the role

GEDU Medical is looking for an energetic, relationship‑driven professional to lead student recruitment and partnership development across the Eurasia region. The role combines recruitment, business development, agent management, school partnerships, and event delivery for international medical programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Promote GEDU Medical programmes to prospective students through counselling, presentations, webinars and information events.
• Build and manage a pipeline of qualified medical applicants and achieve monthly/annual recruitment targets.
• Develop and maintain relationships with secondary schools, career advisers, university counsellors and senior school leadership.
• Organise school visits, presentations and careers events to position GEDU Medical as the preferred partner.
• Identify, appoint and support education agents across the region, delivering training, marketing resources and performance reviews.
• Plan, coordinate and deliver certificate programmes (CPR, suturing, injection techniques, ultrasound, medical career discovery) including venue booking, logistics and facilitator management.
• Participate in education exhibitions and networking events to generate leads and raise brand awareness.

Required profile

• Energetic and relationship‑driven with a passion for international education.
• Proven experience in student recruitment, business development or education partnership management.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for interacting with students, schools and agents.
• Ability to meet recruitment targets and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
