Programme & Community Manager

About the role

Dreamups, a leading innovation organization in Moldova, is seeking a Programme & Community Manager to ensure successful implementation of its startup support programs. The role involves tracking KPIs, managing budgets, and maintaining clear communication with founders, mentors, and partners.

Key responsibilities

• Lead execution and monitoring of KPIs across Dreamups programs and initiatives.
• Track project progress, ensuring objectives, deliverables, and performance indicators are met.
• Communicate updates, challenges, and achievements to stakeholders promptly.
• Recruit and coordinate mentors, experts, service providers, and other contributors.
• Monitor budgets and expenditures in line with procurement policies.
• Develop and maintain communication channels for effective collaboration.
• Coordinate communication timelines across multiple projects.
• Prepare narrative reports covering progress, activities, achievements, challenges, and results.

Required profile

• Experience in program/project coordination, community management, or related fields.
• Experience working with KPIs, budgets, reporting, or project documentation.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills, able to handle several projects simultaneously.
• Clear and professional written and verbal communication.
• Attention to detail and ability to work with structured information.
• Proactive problem‑solving attitude.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a team.
• Previous experience in NGOs, education, startups, grants, or community development is a plus.
