Payroll Accountant – US Payroll

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Payroll Accountant to join our team in Chișinău and develop expertise in US payroll. You will work closely with our US‑based colleagues, handling weekly payroll processing and ensuring accurate documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Process weekly payroll for field employees.
• Review hours, overtime, per‑diem, and adjustments.
• Prepare payroll reports and certified payroll/prevailing wage documentation.
• Collaborate with HR, Accounting, and the US‑based team.

Required profile

• Basic experience in payroll or accounting.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Strong attention to detail and numbers.
