Online Marketing Manager – Mediabuyer (Junior/Mid)

About the role

Adhoq is a digital performance advertising agency that manages online marketing campaigns for over 70 clients worldwide. We are looking for an analytical and creative Mediabuyer with 1‑3 years of experience to join our remote team and help launch and optimise international campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Daily reporting, monitoring and optimisation of campaigns to meet performance and revenue targets.
• Launch new international campaigns on a daily basis and manage large monthly budgets.
• Liaise with partners and sales representatives to build long‑term relationships and negotiate custom deals.
• Analyse data, identify hot opportunities and keep the team updated on market trends.
• Collaborate with media managers and other colleagues to improve processes and stay up‑to‑date on industry trends.

Required profile

• University/Bachelor degree in marketing, economics or related field (post‑graduate a plus).
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and organisational skills.
• Self‑starter with a tenacious, results‑driven attitude and ability to work independently.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication.
• Flexible schedule to accommodate multiple time zones and a non‑9‑to‑5 mindset.

Required skills

• Digital marketing and affiliate marketing knowledge.
• Understanding of advertising terminology (CPM, CPC, CPL, etc.).
• Proficiency with Excel.
• Experience with Google Ads and SEO.
• Basic graphic design skills or familiarity with Photoshop.
