Lead Creative Producer

About the role

Ruby Labs seeks a systematic, hands‑on Lead Creative Producer to own and scale ad creative for a core D2C subscription product. Reporting to the CMO and User Acquisition Lead, you will lead a team of around ten creatives, set the creative strategy, and ensure high‑performing ads across major ad networks.

Key responsibilities

• Define creative angles, hooks, and formats; create ad concepts and maintain a library of proven angles.
• Analyze performance data (hook rate, CTR, CPA, ROI) to decide weekly scaling, iteration, or retirement of creatives.
• Ensure every ad meets quality standards and complies with Meta, Google, Microsoft, Snapchat, TikTok, and Applovin policies.
• Lead and develop producers and designers, implement briefs, templates, workflows, and AI‑enabled automation to speed production.
• Handle hiring, onboarding, and performance management for the creative unit.

Required profile

• 6+ years in performance marketing producing ad creative for D2C app or SaaS subscription products.
• Proven track record of high‑spend winning ads that met CPA and ROI targets.
• Hands‑on experience creating ad concepts and leading cross‑functional creative teams.
• Systematic operator who builds repeatable processes and is fully accountable for performance outcomes.
