About the role

We are a recruiting agency expanding a project for a Romanian client and need a Recruitment Coordinator to support our team of recruiters. You will act as the bridge between the client, recruiters, and internal operations, ensuring smooth execution of the hiring process.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and track recruiters' tasks, deadlines, and vacancy statuses for an international project.
• Participate in client meetings, relay information, and align expectations with the recruitment team.
• Maintain effective communication among client, recruiters, and internal staff.
• Monitor the selection process, resolve organisational issues together with the operations manager.
• Create, post, and update job ads on recruitment platforms.
• Maintain vacancy and candidate data in CRM and generate regular project reports.
• Prepare project documentation and assist in monthly project closure and invoicing.
• Work with Excel for data structuring and analysis.
• Contribute to process automation, optimisation, and propose improvements.

Required profile

• Fluent in Romanian and Russian.
• Strong command of Microsoft Excel.
• Willingness to work with various CRM systems.
• Motivation to develop in recruitment coordination and HR operations.
• Initiative, problem‑solving attitude, and openness to occasional travel.
