Junior Tax Accountant & Data Entry Specialist (Remote)

About the role

Dimov Tax is looking for a detail‑oriented Junior Tax Accountant & Data Entry Specialist to support its tax preparation team. The position involves accurately entering client tax information into Intuit ProConnect Tax, maintaining confidential records, and assisting tax professionals throughout the year, both during peak tax season and in off‑season periods.

Key responsibilities

• Enter client tax documents and financial information into Intuit ProConnect Tax accurately and efficiently.
• Review client documentation for completeness, identify missing information, and communicate gaps to team members.
• Organize and maintain electronic tax files and supporting documents, ensuring data security protocols are followed.
• Verify data accuracy before submission to senior tax preparers or accountants.
• Assist with importing, scanning, and categorizing tax documents.
• Support tax professionals with administrative and clerical tasks as needed, especially during high‑volume periods.

Required profile

• High school diploma required; Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
• Basic understanding of accounting or tax concepts.
• Experience with data entry or administrative work preferred.
• Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and maintain confidentiality of client information.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
