Junior Tax Accountant / Data Entry (Remote)

About the role

Dimov Tax is looking for a detail‑oriented Junior Tax Accountant / Data Entry Specialist to support the tax preparation team. The role involves entering client tax information into Intuit ProConnect Tax, maintaining confidential records, and assisting tax professionals throughout the year.

Key responsibilities

• Enter client tax documents and financial information into Intuit ProConnect Tax accurately and efficiently.
• Review client documentation for completeness, identify missing information, and communicate gaps to the team.
• Organize and maintain electronic tax files, verify data accuracy before submission, and support senior preparers.
• Assist with importing, scanning, and categorizing tax documents and perform administrative tasks as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality of all client financial and personal information and meet productivity standards during high‑volume periods.

Required profile

• High school diploma (Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred).
• Basic understanding of accounting or tax concepts and experience with data entry or administrative work.
• Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and handle confidential information professionally.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Intuit ProConnect Tax or other tax software (a plus).
• Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel and document management systems.
• Fast and accurate typing/data entry abilities.
