Invoice Verification Specialist (Chișinău)

About the role

We are looking for a Specialist in Invoice Verification to join our team in Chișinău. You will ensure inventory data accuracy by processing incoming invoices and collaborating with internal teams and suppliers.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor inventory levels based on incoming invoices to guarantee data accuracy.
• Verify and process invoices daily within the AWS system.
• Identify discrepancies, compile reports using AWS and Google Docs, and resolve inconsistencies with suppliers and internal teams.
• Maintain strong professional relationships with suppliers and coordinate with colleagues in Germany, Ukraine, and Poland to ensure aligned processes.

Required profile

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Initial professional experience in a similar invoice verification or accounting role.
• Familiarity with ERP and/or WMS systems and MS Office.
• Strong analytical thinking, high attention to detail, and a solution‑oriented approach.
• Fluent in Russian and intermediate English.
