ICT Analyst, Short-Term

About the role

The ICT Analyst will support the end‑to‑end implementation of digital solutions for the UNDP‑led anti‑corruption project in the Republic of Moldova. The role involves planning, technical design, procurement support, monitoring and quality assurance to ensure that digital tools are secure, interoperable and user‑centred.

Key responsibilities

• Translate institutional and analytical needs into functional and technical specifications for digital products.
• Support the selection, coordination and monitoring of external service providers.
• Oversee testing, validation, deployment and hand‑over of dashboards, analytical tools and platform enhancements.
• Ensure system usability, data quality, interoperability and sustainability across beneficiary institutions.
• Act as the principal technical focal point between UNDP, the National Anti‑Corruption Centre and other stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience in ICT advisory and digital solution design within public sector or development projects.
• Familiarity with UNDP rules, procurement procedures and results‑based management principles.

Required skills

• Digital dashboard design and configuration.
• Data governance and interoperability assessment.
