HR Specialist – International Project Support

About the role

We are looking for an HR Specialist to join our recruitment agency and support an international project for a Romanian client. The role involves coordinating HR and recruitment processes, ensuring smooth communication, and contributing to process improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate current HR and recruitment processes within the international project.
• Collaborate with recruiters and the operational manager to manage daily tasks.
• Support client communication and relay necessary information to the team.
• Monitor vacancy status, deadlines, and task completion.
• Create, publish, and update job ads on recruitment platforms.
• Enter and maintain position and candidate data in the CRM system.
• Prepare periodic reports on project activity.
• Work with Excel to structure and analyze data.
• Prepare required documentation and assist in monthly data preparation for project closure and invoicing.
• Help the team resolve organizational issues and participate in process automation initiatives.

Required profile

• Fluent in Romanian and Russian.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Initiative, responsibility, and willingness to learn new tools quickly.
• Desire to develop a career in HR.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel
• CRM systems (experience with data entry and updates)
