HR Administrator – European HQ

About the role

We are seeking a proactive and highly organized HR Administrator to support the new CG BYD Auto Europe business line. Based in the Republic of Moldova, you will act as a central point of contact for employee queries and ensure smooth HR operations across the European region.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate employee records in compliance with GDPR and local legislation.
• Manage onboarding and off‑boarding processes, including contract issuance and mandatory documentation.
• Serve as the primary contact for employee inquiries, providing clear and timely information.
• Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration.
• Prepare HR reports and provide administrative support to management.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of experience in HR administration, finance administration, or payroll.
• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Fluency in Romanian and English.
• University degree.
