Growth Marketing Lead – B2B SaaS & Payments

About the role

Ruby Labs is building a high‑scale payment orchestration platform and needs a Growth Marketing Lead to own its digital presence. This hands‑on role will shape positioning, drive website performance, create content, and build acquisition funnels to generate a qualified pipeline for a complex B2B SaaS product.

Key responsibilities

• Own the product website as a primary acquisition and conversion channel, continuously improving positioning, messaging, architecture, and copy.
• Design, launch, and test landing pages for products, use cases, industries, and campaigns using modern web, no‑code, and AI tools.
• Run A/B tests and CRO initiatives, analyze visitor behavior, and address funnel drop‑offs.
• Build and operate a content engine: blog, industry insights, guides, case studies, research, product content, and newsletters.
• Transform internal expertise into high‑quality external content and maintain a strong narrative around payment orchestration topics.
• Manage LinkedIn and other social channels, develop a consistent company content strategy, and amplify executive thought‑leadership.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B SaaS, FinTech, Payments, DevTools, or similar technical startups.
• Demonstrated ability to market complex technology products to sophisticated audiences.
• Comfort operating independently and leveraging AI, automation, and modern marketing tools to achieve results typically expected from larger teams.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with AI tools for marketing automation.
• Proficiency in no‑code web development and modern web tools.
• Strong copywriting, messaging, and conversion‑rate optimisation skills.
