Growth Marketer (Acquisition & Paid Media)

About the role

We're hiring a Growth Marketer to own acquisition end‑to‑end, focusing on paid media while also driving organic, content and automation initiatives to move growth numbers.

Key responsibilities

• Run and optimize paid campaigns on LinkedIn and Meta, handling planning, execution and iteration.
• Own cost‑per‑lead, CAC and paid channel performance as core metrics.
• Maintain and iterate the attribution layer and build vertical‑specific landing pages.
• Analyze in‑product usage data to identify funnel leaks and act on them.
• Run a prioritized experimentation backlog testing messaging, creative angles, channels and landing page variants.
• Own performance reporting (CAC, CPL, conversion rate, revenue‑through‑paid) and share without being chased.
• Collaborate closely with graphic designer, product and PLG teams to keep campaigns moving.

Required profile

• 3‑6 years of growth marketing experience, with both B2C and B2B exposure preferred.
• Hands‑on experience managing LinkedIn Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
• Comfortable working beyond paid media, with organic, content or automation experience a plus.
• Based in Pakistan, India or Eastern Europe to ensure timezone overlap.
• Bias toward action – prefer shipping imperfect tests over waiting for perfect briefs.
