German-speaking Customer Support Agent

About the role

Join AUTODOC’s growing support team in Chișinău as a German‑speaking Customer Support Agent. You will be the voice of the company for German‑language customers, delivering friendly, efficient assistance across phone, email and chat.

Key responsibilities

• Answer customer inquiries in German via phone, email and live chat.
• Resolve issues promptly while maintaining detailed documentation in the support system.
• Identify and escalate complex cases to senior staff or relevant departments.
• Follow up to ensure full resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a positive, empathetic attitude while handling multiple requests.
• Contribute to team knowledge sharing and best‑practice discussions.
• Meet performance targets for response time, resolution rate and satisfaction scores.
• Provide feedback on recurring issues and suggest product improvements.

Required profile

• Fluent in written and spoken German; English proficiency is a plus.
• Proven experience in a customer‑facing support role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to document interactions accurately.
• Resilient and adaptable to changing priorities.
