About the role

Business Tickets seeks experienced GDS Travel Experts to join the Expert Department for evening and night shifts. You will support the technical side of the sales process, ensuring smooth airline ticketing operations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide assistance and information on the technical aspects of the sales process using GDS platforms.
• Handle evening and night shift ticketing operations, maintaining high service quality.

Required profile

• Proficiency in Sabre GDS usage with at least 1 year of experience.
• In‑depth knowledge of the airline industry, its products and services.
• Strong ambition, work ethic and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work night schedules and a commitment to long‑term employment.
• Experience with Amadeus and Apollo GDS is a plus.
