French Speaking Customer Support Operator

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and empathetic French‑speaking Customer Support Operator to join our team in Chișinău. You will be the voice of AUTODOC for French‑language customers, delivering professional assistance across phone, email and chat channels.

Key responsibilities

• Answer customer inquiries via phone, email and chat in French with professionalism and courtesy.
• Resolve issues promptly, providing effective solutions while documenting each interaction.
• Maintain accurate records in the support system and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Identify and escalate complex cases to the appropriate department or senior staff.
• Handle multiple requests simultaneously while keeping a friendly and organized approach.
• Meet performance targets for response time, resolution rate and satisfaction scores.
• Provide feedback on recurring issues and suggest product improvements.

Required profile

• Fluency in French (written and spoken); English proficiency highly desirable.
• Proven experience in customer support or a related service role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to stay calm under pressure.
