Financial Analyst – Budgeting, Forecasting & Reporting

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Financial Analyst to join our Finance & Operations team in Chisinau. You will play a key role in managing budgeting, forecasting, and project financial reporting while supporting leadership with pricing models and margin analysis as we expand internationally.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end budgeting and forecasting processes for multiple projects.
• Prepare and deliver accurate project financial reports.
• Develop and maintain pricing models to support strategic decisions.
• Conduct margin analysis and track operational metrics across international initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in financial analysis or FP&A.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, BI tools, and financial modeling.
• Experience working with service‑oriented or project‑based businesses.
