About the role

A company specializing in grants and investments for existing companies in Moldova and abroad is looking for an experienced sales and marketing manager. The role covers strategy development, team management and market share growth, with a flexible work schedule based in Chisinau.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies
• Determine the marketing and sales metrics needed and define ideal client profiles
• Analyze market trends and the competitive environment
• Work with key clients and partners to expand the business
• Control budgets and evaluate the effectiveness of advertising campaigns
• Implement innovative approaches to increase brand awareness and sales
• Analyze client data and define the product/service portfolio

Required profile

• University degree
• More than 5 years of experience in sales and marketing leadership positions
• Fluent English, Romanian and Russian
