CRM Administrator (Zoho) & Sales Support Manager – Excel/VBA

About the role

The Innovation Roundtable® seeks a remote CRM Administrator and Sales Support Manager to empower its sales team. You will manage the Zoho CRM environment, support agents, and provide data‑driven insights using Excel and VBA.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of the company’s Zoho CRM system and customize modules as needed.
• Implement the Sales Director’s call strategy within the CRM.
• Troubleshoot issues, support sales agents, and maintain high data quality.
• Generate reports and overviews on campaign progress, sales numbers, performance and commissions.
• Mass‑update records, administer user profiles, and communicate with Zoho Support.
• Use Excel and VBA (and other tools) to extract, manipulate and re‑import data for sales campaigns.

Required profile

• Willingness to continuously learn and take charge of responsibilities.
• Clear written and spoken communication in English.
• Sharp analytical approach and extreme attention to detail.

Required skills

• Super‑user Excel skills with ability to write complex VBA macros.
• Experience administering a CRM (Zoho, Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics).
• Proficiency in exporting, manipulating and re‑importing data between Excel and CRM systems.
• Basic coding ability in JavaScript, Deluge, Apex or C# (optional).
• Familiarity with API tools for integration with Zoho CRM (optional).
