About the role
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our software development team, working on public sector and eGovernment projects. The role involves collaborating with multiple stakeholders to analyse and optimise business processes.
Key responsibilities
- Gather, analyse and document business and functional requirements.
- Define and maintain product and sprint backlogs using Jira.
- Create and manage documentation in Confluence.
- Conduct AS‑IS / TO‑BE process analysis and support UAT activities.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of Business Analyst experience in software projects.
- Hands‑on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Ability to work with cross‑functional teams including developers, QA, architects and project managers.
- Fluent in Romanian and English; Russian is a plus.
Required skills
- Advanced Jira (Epics, User Stories, Tasks, Acceptance Criteria, backlogs).
- Confluence for requirements documentation.
- Knowledge of BPMN and/or UML for modelling.
- Basic REST/SOAP API concepts, JSON/XML, and SQL.
