Anti-Corruption Analyst – Short‑Term (Multiple Posts)

About the role

The Anti‑Corruption Analyst will provide substantive and analytical leadership for the UNDP‑led component of the REDACT project in Moldova. The role focuses on monitoring the National Integrity and Anti‑Corruption Programme (NIAP), supporting a cross‑institutional network of integrity tutors, and strengthening institutional capacities to identify and mitigate integrity risks.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technical implementation of NIAP monitoring, including indicator frameworks, data collection, reporting protocols and quarterly monitoring cycles.
• Provide substantive content for digital monitoring dashboards and support the ICT Analyst in their technical deployment.
• Prepare data‑driven progress reports, facilitate peer‑exchange meetings, and coordinate civil‑society shadow reporting.
• Guide legislative and regulatory reviews to align with EU, OECD and GRECO standards and contribute to regulatory proposals.
• Support the adaptation of integrity plans, early‑warning mechanisms and training materials for public officials.
• Conduct targeted corruption risk assessments, develop remediation plans and mentor national partners in analytical methods.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a technical lead or trusted adviser in anti‑corruption, governance or related fields.
• Strong ability to work closely with national institutions, build trust and provide hands‑on technical assistance.
• Excellent analytical, research and report‑writing skills, with a focus on evidence‑based decision making.
