Accounting Agent

About the role

Business-Class is looking for an Accounting Agent to support financial operations, ensure accurate transaction processing, and maintain compliance with internal and external regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Check and verify sales and transactions.
• Manage and analyze sales and financial statistics.
• Process refunds and other financial adjustments.
• Monitor and reconcile accounts in GDS (Sabre/Amadeus) and ARC (BSP Platform).
• Support month‑end and year‑end closing procedures.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle repetitive tasks.
• Analytical and logical thinking with a problem‑solving mindset.
• Professional, non‑confrontational communication style.
• High level of responsibility and reliability in handling financial data.

Required skills

• GDS (Sabre/Amadeus) proficiency.
• Advanced Excel spreadsheet skills.
• Experience with payment systems.
