Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer (Python / React)

About the role

3Pillar is looking for a senior full‑stack engineer to modernize its core AI platform. You will work on both Python back‑end services and React front‑end components, shaping architecture, reducing technical debt, and delivering scalable, cloud‑native solutions for a global customer base.

Key responsibilities

• Write high‑quality, performant, testable code for backend (Python) and frontend (React) on AWS.
• Ensure security through Software Composition Analysis, triage and remediate vulnerabilities.
• Design and implement AI‑driven workflows using large language models, focusing on reliability and observability.
• Apply spec‑driven development practices and integrate GitHub Copilot into daily workflows.
• Collaborate with product and engineering leadership to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Identify, prioritize, and resolve technical debt to improve system stability and developer velocity.
• Own projects from design through production launch and participate in code reviews.

Required profile

• Extensive senior‑level experience in software engineering with deep expertise in Python and distributed systems.
• Proven ability to own features from design to deployment with minimal supervision.
• Strong understanding of system design, architecture, and cloud‑native patterns.
