Senior Full-Stack Developer – Python, Java & React

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Senior Full‑Stack Developer to join the Application team of our partner company. You will build, refine and maintain high‑performance web applications while delivering secure back‑end services and pixel‑perfect user experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and optimise core features of the main product and internal admin interfaces, including user management and billing.
• Translate Figma designs into production‑ready code, ensuring pixel‑perfect UI/UX.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, another developer and the QA team to guarantee smooth integration and high code quality.
• Design, implement and maintain secure back‑end logic and infrastructure using Python and Java.
• Maintain and update the company’s marketing website built on WordPress.
• Leverage AI‑powered development tools to accelerate the delivery lifecycle without compromising quality.

Required profile

• 8+ years of full‑stack development experience with a balanced focus on frontend and backend.
• Strong expertise in React (Next.js a plus) and hands‑on experience with Python and Java.
• Fluent English (B2 or higher), both written and spoken.
• Proven ability to deliver pixel‑perfect UI and work with Figma designs.
• Practical experience maintaining and customizing WordPress sites.
• Team‑player mindset with a growth orientation and willingness to adopt AI tools.
