Senior Finance Analyst (Global Flexible Accommodation)

About the role

The Flex is scaling its flexible‑accommodation platform worldwide and needs a Senior Finance Analyst to build and own the financial infrastructure that supports rapid growth. You will work directly with founders and senior leaders, providing insight into revenue streams, costs, and profitability across multiple markets.

Key responsibilities

• Own day‑to‑day financial reporting and controls, ensuring data accuracy for management.
• Identify manual finance processes, design efficient workflows and collaborate with engineering to automate them.
• Reconcile payments from Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, direct bookings and other channels.
• Manage bank reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable and supplier invoice reviews.
• Oversee statutory filings and corporate compliance across jurisdictions.
• Build dashboards and reporting systems for real‑time performance visibility.
• Develop budgets, forecasts, financial models and monitor cash flow.
• Analyse performance by property, city, country and business unit to spot risks and revenue leakage.
• Support due‑diligence for acquisitions, investments and new market launches.

Required profile

• 5+ years of finance or accounting experience, preferably in a fast‑growing, multi‑jurisdictional environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills and comfort working with cross‑functional teams.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership of critical financial processes.
