MHPSS Senior Project Associate

About the role

The MHPSS Senior Project Associate will support mental health and psychosocial support (MHPSS) activities within the Migration Health Programme in Moldova. Working under the direct supervision of the Migration Health Program Officer, the role contributes to the monitoring and analysis of displacement trends and the delivery of MHPSS services to affected populations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the collection, validation and management of field data related to MHPSS projects.
• Support the development and maintenance of monitoring systems that track mobility trends and humanitarian needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams, partners and border management authorities to ensure accurate information flow.
• Prepare regular reports and briefings on project progress and data findings.
• Provide logistical and administrative support to MHPSS field activities.

Required profile

• High school diploma with at least six years of relevant experience, or a university degree in Social Science, Psychology or a related field with four years of relevant professional experience.
• Demonstrated experience in information management and field data collection, preferably in migration or conflict contexts.
• Experience with international organisations or NGOs is an advantage.
• Knowledge of border‑management settings is appreciated.

Required skills

• High computer literacy in Windows operating systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
