About the role

Join CXG as a Freelance Luxury Brand Evaluator and help world‑renowned fashion, beauty, jewelry and automotive brands improve their customer experience. You will act as a regular shopper, visiting boutiques or testing online services, and provide structured feedback that directly influences brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Select assignments that match your preferences and profile.
• Visit luxury boutiques or evaluate online purchase journeys.
• Interact naturally with sales staff, observing service quality, atmosphere and attention to detail.
• Submit detailed feedback through CXG’s digital platform after each mission.

Required profile

• At least 18 years old and a current customer of premium or luxury brands.
• Not under contract with any retail brand to ensure impartiality.
• Punctual, organized, detail‑oriented and reliable.
• Observant and passionate about customer experience.
