Expert Sourcing and Recruitment Consultant

About the role

NTU International is seeking an Expert Sourcing and Recruitment Consultant to support its growing portfolio of EU‑funded development projects. The role involves identifying, engaging and managing international experts who will contribute to project proposals and implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Understand the specific requirements of EU‑funded projects, including thematic areas, expertise levels and geographic scope.
• Source and shortlist experts for current and future projects using platforms such as LinkedIn, Devex, DevelopmentAid and specialist databases.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with selected experts and prepare their CVs for proposal submissions.
• Coordinate communication between experts and internal project teams throughout the proposal development process.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Business Management, International Relations or a related field.
• Minimum three years of experience recruiting experts for EU, World Bank, ADB or EIB funded tenders.
• Familiarity with European Commission framework contracts.
• Strong written and spoken English (C1); French language skills are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience using professional networking and expert‑search platforms such as LinkedIn, Devex and DevelopmentAid.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
