Digital Product Analyst (2 openings)

About the role

The Digital Product Analyst will support the Digital Transformation of Social Protection project in Moldova, a joint effort between the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection and UNDP. The role focuses on analysing digital products, improving service delivery and ensuring the project meets its inclusive, resilient objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse existing social protection digital services and identify gaps.
• Support the design and implementation of digital product specifications.
• Collaborate with ministry officials, UNDP teams and external partners to align technical solutions with policy goals.
• Monitor project progress and contribute to reporting on outcomes.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in digital product analysis or related fields.
• Understanding of social protection systems and digital transformation initiatives.
• Ability to work in a multicultural, UN‑environment.
