Developer Relations and Community Manager

About the role

As a Developer Relations and Community Manager at Axelera AI you will grow the developer ecosystem around our Voyager toolchain and AI hardware platform. You will act as the main point of contact for developers, foster trust, and ensure the community remains a valuable, well‑moderated space.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with developers on community.axelera.ai, GitHub, Discord, Reddit and other channels, answering technical questions and moderating discussions.
• Create and curate technical content such as tutorials, product updates, newsletters and social posts, using AI tools while ensuring factual accuracy.
• Build relationships with influencers, hobbyists and power users, especially those working with Raspberry Pi, Arduino and home‑automation projects.
• Organise webinars, meet‑ups and virtual events tied to product launches and industry conferences.
• Advocate for the Voyager SDK and Metis AIPU, collect feedback and channel it to product teams.
• Maintain community health by managing forum tagging, response‑time SLAs and AI‑assisted triage of questions.
• Track engagement metrics, sentiment and growth, using AI‑assisted analysis to surface insights.

Required profile

• Solid understanding of AI hardware and experience in community management or developer relations within a technical company.
• Established credibility in AI or developer communities with a track record of relationship building.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to translate SDK‑level details for diverse audiences.
• Fluency with developer platforms (GitHub, Discord/Slack, forums) and standard social channels.
• Practical experience with modern AI tools (LLM‑based assistants, AI‑driven analytics) and strong judgment on human review.
• Working knowledge of software/SDK development lifecycles and maker‑space technologies.
