Customer Experience Specialist – Travel

About the role

KIVORK, an IT product company operating in the travel industry for the U.S. market, is looking for a Customer Experience Specialist to support customers with booking‑related and post‑booking requests. No prior travel experience is required as full training will be provided.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers with booking and post‑booking requests.
• Handle itinerary changes, exchanges, refunds, and additional travel services.
• Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Work with airline and booking systems.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently and escalate complex cases when needed.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and customer service.

Required profile

• Good command of English, minimum B2 level.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Customer‑focused and professional approach.
• Ability to stay calm and organized in challenging situations.
• Attention to detail and ability to work accurately.
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage (travel experience not required).
