Creative Strategist – Direct Response & Paid Social

About the role

We are looking for a Creative Strategist to own script ideation and writing for a set of verticals, brief editors, and use testing data to decide the next creative direction. This is a remote, full‑time independent contractor position focused on direct‑response video ads.

Key responsibilities

• Write high‑volume direct‑response video scripts, including concepts, hooks and bodies.
• Plan iteration batches on winning ads and test specific creative levers.
• Research each vertical’s audience, pain points and competitors to uncover new angles.
• Brief video editors and AI production tools with clear, buildable direction.
• Review testing results with media buyers and decide what to kill, iterate, or scale.

Required profile

• 2+ years writing direct‑response scripts for paid social, preferably in lead‑generation.
• Native‑level English with strong grasp of hooks, angles and iteration versus new concepts.
• Comfortable letting performance data (CPL, ROI) overrule personal opinion.
• Experience writing under compliance constraints.
• Full‑time availability with overlap with Eastern Time.

• Hands‑on experience with AI video and writing tools.
