SMM Brand Evangelist – Social Media Specialist

About the role

As an SMM Brand Evangelist you will shape AUTODOC’s presence on social platforms by joining automotive conversations with authentic, brand‑safe comments. You will act as the voice of the brand in real‑time, ensuring every interaction feels natural and adds value to the community.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn and other relevant channels for timely automotive discussions.
• Select posts, reels, videos and comment threads where AUTODOC can contribute naturally.
• Write concise, platform‑specific comments (3–12 words) that reference vehicle details, owner experiences or cultural cues.
• Engage with users and other brands, continue high‑potential conversations, and turn successful exchanges into repeatable formats.
• Verify automotive facts quickly and use approved AI tools for research, wording options and tone checks.
• Adhere to brand‑safety guidelines and promptly flag any legal, reputational or customer‑support issues.
• Log published comments, capture learnings and suggest improvements to the channel strategy.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of experience in social media, community management, editorial content or a comparable real‑time engagement role.
• Strong knowledge of automotive models, parts and owner experiences, with the ability to verify technical information fast.
• Excellent short‑form copywriting skills, capable of crafting distinctive, natural comments.
