SMM Brand Evangelist

About the role

As an SMM Brand Evangelist you will shape AUTODOC’s presence on key social platforms, joining automotive conversations and delivering authentic, brand‑safe comments. You will manage the full active‑commenting workflow, from spotting opportunities to measuring impact.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn and other relevant channels for timely automotive discussions.
• Select posts, reels, videos and comment threads where AUTODOC can add value naturally.
• Write concise, platform‑specific comments (3‑12 words) that reference vehicle details, owner experiences or cultural cues.
• Engage with users and brands, continue high‑potential conversations and turn successful interactions into repeatable formats.
• Verify automotive facts quickly and use approved AI tools for research, wording options and tone checks.
• Operate within brand‑safety guidelines and flag any legal, reputational or support‑related issues.
• Log published comments, capture learnings and suggest improvements to the channel strategy.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of experience in social media, community management, editorial content or a comparable real‑time engagement role.
• Strong knowledge of automotive models, parts and owner experiences, with the ability to verify technical information rapidly.
• Excellent short‑form copywriting skills, capable of crafting natural, non‑promotional comments.
