Telegram Acquisition Manager

About the role

Casini is seeking a Telegram Acquisition Manager to turn Telegram into a high‑impact channel for game discovery, community engagement and measurable growth. You will design and execute a growth strategy that moves beyond simple follower counts to drive traffic, conversions and long‑term community value.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive Telegram growth strategy, building and managing channels, groups and community initiatives.
• Create Telegram‑native content (polls, quizzes, memes, challenges) around game launches, characters and campaigns.
• Identify and negotiate partnerships with iGaming, crypto and entertainment communities, influencers and other Telegram channels.
• Design referral, sharing and organic‑growth campaigns, and support game launches with Telegram‑specific activations.
• Monitor trends, experiment with acquisition mechanics, track traffic to Casini’s games and optimise performance.

Required profile

• Proven experience growing Telegram audiences, channels or groups.
• Strong understanding of Telegram’s ecosystem (channels, groups, bots, growth mechanics).
• Experience in social‑media growth, community management or digital acquisition, preferably in iGaming, crypto or entertainment.
• Analytical mindset with ability to link activity to measurable results.
• Excellent written English and strong communication and organisational skills.

• Telegram bots, automation or Mini‑Apps.
• Analytics tools and UTM tracking for campaign measurement.
