Commercial Team Leader (English & Italian)

About the role

We are looking for a Commercial Team Leader who can manage a small prospecting team in an international clearance environment. The role is based on‑site in Chisinau and requires fluency in English and Italian to support our multicultural operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of 5–7 prospectors, ensuring daily commercial targets are met.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations, track KPIs and analyse results to propose corrective actions.
• Recruit, train, coach and motivate team members to achieve high performance.
• Collaborate with colleagues across nine countries and participate in international travel to partner offices, trade fairs and strategic events.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 months of leadership experience with a passion for developing people.
• People‑oriented, able to inspire, coach and empower a team.
• Results‑focused and comfortable working hands‑on alongside the team.
• Confident communication in English (B2+) and Italian (B1+).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
