International Consultant – Negotiation, Mediation & Conflict Management

About the role

UN Women seeks an international consultant to provide capacity‑building support on negotiation techniques, mediation and conflict management. The assignment will contribute to the organization’s strategic focus on gender equality and women’s empowerment in Moldova.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver training sessions on negotiation, mediation and conflict management for target audiences.
• Develop practical tools and materials that reflect UN Women’s gender‑responsive approach.
• Support partners in applying learned techniques to promote women’s participation in decision‑making.

Required profile

• Proven experience in delivering capacity‑building programmes on negotiation, mediation or conflict management.
• Familiarity with gender equality frameworks and UN Women’s strategic priorities.
• Strong communication skills in English.
