Incident Editorial Specialist – Night Shift (Remote)

About the role

Join a global technology company’s night‑shift editorial team to edit real‑time road incident data for an international mapping platform. No prior experience is required; comprehensive training will be provided to help you start a career in IT and data handling.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and update information on road traffic incidents across assigned regions.
• Work with real‑time data from multiple sources, recording key details such as location, direction of travel, and incident type.
• Update incident records as conditions evolve and close incidents once they are resolved and confirmed.
• Maintain accuracy and follow clear editorial guidelines while handling multiple browser tabs/windows.

Required profile

• English proficiency at B1 level or higher (spoken and written).
• Strong attention to detail, especially under time constraints.
• Ability to multitask confidently and type quickly and accurately.
• Punctuality, focus, and reliability for night‑shift work.

Required skills

• Fast and accurate typing.
• Comfortable navigating multiple browser tabs/windows.
