Flexible Audit Internship – Hybrid (4‑8h/day)

About the role

Join EY’s audit team in Chisinau as a flexible intern, supporting audit consultants while developing core audit and analytical skills. The position starts in October 2026 and offers a hybrid work model with daily schedules of 4, 6 or 8 hours.

Key responsibilities

• Assist audit consultants by reviewing and assessing client documents.
• Verify the accuracy of information and validate documents received from audit teams.
• Summarise and prepare data for audit verification using Excel.
• Utilise internal audit tools to manage audit activities efficiently.

Required profile

• University degree, preferably in Economics or related field.
• Growth‑oriented mindset with curiosity and purpose‑driven attitude.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in an agile environment.
• Fluency in Romanian and English.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including functions such as SUMIF, VLOOKUP, COUNTIF, filters, pivot tables and conditional formatting.
