B2B IT Sales Manager

About the role

Orange Systems, the IT hub of Orange Moldova, is seeking a B2B IT Sales Manager to expand its footprint across international markets. The role involves proactively sourcing, engaging, and winning new clients for IT products and services.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct prospecting activities to identify and engage potential clients based on Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs).
• Participate in calls, meetings, and presentations to showcase offerings and build relationships.
• Oversee the entire sales cycle from the first meeting to closing deals.
• Create compelling proposals and negotiate terms with potential clients.
• Work cross‑functionally with SDR, Marketing, and the Technical Department.

Required profile

• University degree.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or lead generation, preferably in the IT field.
• Excellent written and verbal business communication skills in English and Romanian.
• Experience with HubSpot CRM (or similar) is required.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Self‑motivated and able to succeed in a results‑driven environment.
• Critical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
